All products made by Stacked Prints are custom, made-to-order items. Each piece is individually designed, 3D printed, and hand-finished to your specifications. Because of this, no two items are identical.
Pricing is provided on a per-project basis and depends on design complexity, materials, size, and any additional features (LED integration, ventilation, custom fitting, etc.). A formal quote will be provided before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Estimated timelines are provided at the time of quoting and depend on current workload and project complexity. While we aim to meet every estimate, timelines are not guaranteed. We will keep you updated on progress throughout production.
For custom commissions, we will provide digital renders or reference images for your approval before printing begins. Once you approve a design, changes may incur additional costs or extend the timeline.
Original designs created by Stacked Prints remain the intellectual property of Stacked Prints unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive the right to use and display your commissioned piece. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Our products are designed for performance and event use. They are not safety equipment, protective gear, or toys. You assume responsibility for the appropriate use of your piece. We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or modification of our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacked Prints' liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

Because every piece is custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds on completed orders. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law exemptions for custom and personalised goods.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will assess the issue and either:

If your item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
